How to Become a Customer of Lakeshore Fittings
There are two ways to become a customer of Lakeshore
Fittings
1. Fill out our online credit
application (you must create an account first) or
print it off and fax it to us at (616) 846-0790.
OR
2. Contact our Sales Department at (616) 846-5090 or
sales@lakeshorefittings.com.
We will provide a credit application. Complete the form
and fax it to us at (616) 846-0790.
Either way, when credit has been approved we will furnish
the customer with a User Name and Password for use in
ordering on our website, and the appropriate discount
to apply to the list prices shown in our on-line catalog.
